This set is amazing! Great introduction into espa plus they listened to people and fixed the issue of the loose packaging. The box it all comes in is amazing and really useful, I'll be honest become slightly in love with all the espa products! Can't wait to try more

Beautiful box, happy with the products my mum was so pleased however as a new customer we was confused as to what steps you must take when applying the creams during a facial treatment. For future reference provide instructions in what steps to take when applying products. Other than this small detail we are externally happy.

What a fantastic value set, full of products that I use regularly and enjoy. My GuaSha was thankfully not broken, the products were all seriously stuck down with some sticky goop so I imagine this might have been added in to make sure no more items arrive broken. The box itself is beautiful and is a keeper for sure.
