On the whole I love your products have been using these for 20 + years now. However two key bits of feedback - your bottle sizes have been reducing and reducing and getting more expensive. And your packaging of the majority of your products is now really cheap and nasty - the 24 hour moisturiser and lift and firm moisturiser + skin radiance moisturiser all come in the same 'bottle' and every time, every single time after three uses the lid cracks and doesn't fit properly. For a brand that is a high quality brand and not cheap this is really bad customer service - I've told your customer service people time and time again and left feedback on surveys and to no avail. When you are paying £40+ for a moisturiser you do not expect this to keep happening. Please sort this out
