5I admire the service (speedy, very good explanation of products), easy to navigate online. Unfortunately some products are changing. If you'd had a search for old products as well and gave some advice what can substitute them, would be just perfect!

5very helpful and approachable. Nothing to complain about with the service from ESPA. The only thing that was a negative was with regard to royal mail Delivery in not informing me my products I had ordered were on the way. I had to ring Espa to find out what was happening with my order. The lady I spoke to was very helpful at ESPA with explaining they were aware of the situation with royal mail and that they should be notifying the customer by e-mail on dispatch.
