I love the skin care products I use, I've been using them 12 months and my skin is really starting to benefit from them, starting to feel soft and more firm and don't appear to be gaining any more lines.

I was really disappointed that online purchases didn't qualify for treatments. I have purchased in store many times and looked online as they didn't have the items I wanted on my last visit. I find the process confusing and have been told conflicting information on every visit making planing of purchases difficult. I love the products and the treatments, but the process detracts from the enjoyment.

ESPA staff are superb and rating would be be excellent if not for International delivery charges being too high to Portugal. Although noted delivery is excellent and arrives within a few days via UPS. Should be around €10 - €15 mark max.
