5Products always arrive promptly and tracked for reassurance . Only ever had a mix up once and that was when there was mistakingly two hand creams in the intoductory collection box instead of a bath soak. However once I rang customer service and reported this mistake, it was dealt with very professionaly, timely and the product replaced and dispatched immediately. A very good service indeed .

5Came in a lovely gift box and products was lovely. Although I'm not sure whether all the products were right for my skin, but it gave me a good enough sample size for me to gauge. My favourite products were the toner and moisturiser.
