Smelt nice but would have been better if the texture was softer and therefore more pliable. Took a while to massage intomy face.

Always have received a quick service. Only problem is that at times I get discount offers but have to set up new email address if already previously had a discount offer. This is unfair on existing customers

Service is great. There was only one order which took fairly long (over a 2 weeks) for my products to be delivered but this was more on the service provider used rather than the ESPA company.
