5Excellent cleanser; rich and soothing balm which warms up easily on face as massaged in with fingertips; 'lathers' up with warm water and rinses off to leave the skin feeling deeply cleansed, very nourished, soft and plumped up. I use this at night but the results are so good, I'm considering finding the time to start the day with this.

4Just after I had placed my order I received an email from you notifying me of a free gift offer - a facial collection - for anyone spending more than £100. My order paced on December 9th - Number 30054600 was for £210 - I emailed and requested that I receive this but have not heard anything back. This should have been automatically applied.
