Bought this but thought it was a 2-1 shampoo as a shampoo its lovely and smells fab, but does leave hair very knotted so you would need a conditioner after hence my 3* review

This shampoo is beautiful. Very luxurious and the scent is subtle but gorgeous. Hair is squeaky clean after washing and very soft and bouncy after drying. I absolutely love it. You can always rely on ESPA for quality.

I live the scent and it definatley gets rid of build up, unfortunately with having bleached hair I definatley need the conditioner afterwards as by removing the build up it leaves my hair quite dry, still does what it promises and purifies.

I was so excited to order this shampoo especially based on the reviews but after using several time I am so shocked at how bad it is. It is more like hand soap than shampoo and it has had a terrible effect on my hair. I am starting to wonder if ESPA doesn't suppress bad reviews or creates fake reviews.
