4I had an issue with UPS, as the asked for charges. I advised ESPA that this must be a mistake, because the amount of the order was below the "free" threshold. The answer was quick but only stating the Duties section with the generic text. This did not really help. Nevertheless I was able to clarify with UPS (after several phone calls). UPS used a wrong invoice value....
