I love espa products and have started to order on line as I get free samples which I can't get from my salon, plus the web is always in stock. I love the fact that if you spend a lot you get free postage as reward. Great customer service

Consistently excellent products, and excellent on-line service - quick delivery, and good packaging. I particularly liked the salt scrub, in convenient sachets. I've used the shower gel for many years, and love it.

I have been a regular online customer for 10+ years. Love the products and the service is excellent. I have had one breakage in that time and when I called to let ESPA know, a replacement was delivered 2 days later without fuss. Brilliant!
