4I ordered three items on line but unfortunately one of the items was out of stock. As I needed the item urgently I was able to source it locally. I also purchased another item from the local outlet and was very pleased to receive a voucher for £30. However, on reflection I am disappointed not to have received the same bounus from Espa direct. I would appreciate your comments.
