Cleansing Balm: Warm the balm between your fingertips before sweeping it across your face to remove any makeup and impurities. Apply water to your skin, allowing the formula to transform into a milk before removing it with a muslin cloth which completes the cleanse and gently polishes the skin.
Cleanser: Use daily, smoothing a small amount over your face, neck and décolleté. Moisten with warm water and massage lightly in circular movements until the jojoba spheres melt, then rinse thoroughly. To use as a twice-weekly mask, apply and leave on for 15 minutes to optimise the pumpkin enzymes because rinsing away.

Good
The cleansing balm is amazing and leave the skin smooth, soft and clean. The gritty optimal skin cleanser doesn’t feel luxurious, gives a good clean but isn’t as pleasant to use. Overall a good set if you don’t mind a standard gritty cleanser.
Has done wonders for my skin!
These cleansers have been excellent! My sensitive skin hasn’t been reactive to either and has improved immensely since I’ve added them to my routine! They don’t leave the skin tight and dry after cleansing and my skins looks and feels smoother and soft after every use. I’m also having less breakouts since switching to espa.
