I have been a regular online customer for 10+ years. Love the products and the service is excellent. I have had one breakage in that time and when I called to let ESPA know, a replacement was delivered 2 days later without fuss. Brilliant!

Love this product but it would be great if the spray was refillable and also available in a travel size. A few years ago (2006) it was available in a mini spray travel size (along with a roll on oil which was wonderful). I`ve kept it as it is perfect for putting in your handbag. My favourite product.
