I would have type 'excellent' but I wasnt completely satisfied with a couple of things: I payed an additional price for some wrapping paper which I didnt receive and some of the single product were placed in the boxes of other products, so i had to open the packaging and wrap them on my own.

I have not used this before and its excellent, very gentle on my eye area but removes all eye make up very efficiently. I use many other ESPA products which are all excellent so i am pleased to now add this to my beauty regime . Thank you .
