Shower Oil: Massage into damp skin to create a soft lather. Rinse.
Rescue Balm: Apply a small amount to muscles pre and post exercise.
Body Oil: This warming body oil is best used before or after exercise. After your bath or shower, massage into skin in firm, upward movements towards the heart until fully absorbed. To intensify results, use after Fitness Bath Oil.

An aromatic treat
I go to the gym (under duress, and only when bored!) and this little trio makes the whole experience so much more enjoyable. The Fitness Shower Oil is the star of the set, with its deeply relaxing clove aroma. I find myself reapplying after I've rinsed off just to catch another whiff of its restorative woody warmth. My skin is left so soft after showering that I don't feel the need for further lotions. I've found the Muscle Rescue Balm brings welcome relief to aches and tension in my lower back, it's oily balm texture stays slippery enough for me to really work it into my muscles for long enough to be therapeutic. I've also used it on temples and the back of my neck to relieve tension headaches. The small pot is a handy size for keeping in your work bag, as herbal ammunition for the day ahead.
