Candle: Remove all packaging before lighting, keep wick trimmed to 3mm to avoid smoking. Protect surfaces that may be damaged. Stop use when 10mm of wax remains. Extinguish candle if it flickers, smokes or the flame gets too high. For best results, burn candle for at least 2 hours but less than 4 hours at a time. Do not move a burning candle and keep the wax pool clear of debris.

Oil: Massage into skin in firm, upward and circular movements until fully absorbed or apply 1-2 capfuls into your bath. To intensify results, use after the Positivity Bath and Shower Gel. 

Gel: Create a soothing lather before rinsing away with warm water.

Tea: Slowly pour freshly boiled water over the tea and steep for 3 minutes to allow the ingredients to release their natural flavour and aromatic ready for you to slowly sit, sip and enjoy.

Spray: Shake well and gently mist your body, the air or linens.
