The delivery was fast and products beautifully wrapped. However from the environmental point of view, I found the size of the parcel and the amount of paper inside excessive. It was the only disappointing aspect of my first ESPA purchase experience. I was very pleasantly surprised when two tester size complimentary products were offered at the point of purchase.
