The information available at the time of ordering did not make it clear how to order my two free gifts. when I found out to do it , I found it was too late. I have therefore not bee able to request my two free gifts with this order. For your information I wanted the serum and the radiance moisturiser. Additionally on my last order I was only sent one free gift even though I ordered over £100 worth of products. Not happy about that

The reed defusers are of the highest quality- they smell divine and they last for months! Moreover, I must say that the customer service that ESPA offers is second to none. I had a slight issue with one of my orders as the free samples didn't arrive, however as soon as I alerted ESPA, they arranged to have them sent out to me. I will continue to use ESPA products as I cannot spk highly enough of the products and customer service offered!
