FOR BEST RESULTS: Morning and evening, apply to fingertips and gently massage over face, neck and décolleté. Sweep away with a damp cotton wool pad or rinse with warm water. Follow with Hydrating Floral Spa-Fresh Tonic and your favourite ESPA serum or face treatment oil and moisturiser.

I like the Espa products because they are quite natural quality products which have never irritated my skin. Easy to order on line and always delivered efficiently & packaged superbly. Have never encountered any issues.

I didn't like the fragrance of the body lotion. Initially I received the wrong order, and was advised I could keep it, which is brilliant customer service. Just a shame I disliked the fragrance of the 'wrong' order even more! Also, I had issues with the ordering process - I ordered enough products to qualify for the free travel kit, but when it came to payment and I entered details of my £30 voucher code, the travel kit dropped off. I tried it several times without success.
