Misleading
These "refills" are extremely disappointing and nothing like the purifying shampoo that we are meant to be refilling. The quality and the texture is of a inferior quality and I feel I have been misled into buying this more economical and ecological product

Leaves my hair shiny and smelling botanical.
The shampoo leaves my hair very shiny and soft, when also used with the accompanying conditioner. However I’m not a massive fan of the scent. It is nice, certainly not unpleasant but not one I’d go out of my way to get. I’m interested to try the other shampoos to see if any of their scents strike me!

I bought this product specifically for the smell but unfortunately it smells more like mentol than anything else. Really disappointed and regret to spend so much money on it.

Just ok
I have used the purifying shampoo for years and love it. After seeing the new refills range I thought I would give them a go. This shampoo is no were near as nice as the purifying shampoo. Leaves my hair feeling like straw when I rinse it. Won’t be purchasing again.

Fresh and light
For last few years, I tried so many different shampoo. Normally only the deep cleaning shampoo will give me this light feeling, but the hair usually with feel quite dry afterward. This shampoo is a surprise. My heard is much lighter but hair still moisturized. And it smells great and not too strong.
