The products were sent abroad so I cannot comment on their quality, but I have always been impressed with Espa products myself. I was really pleased with the free offers that came with the bath oil collection, and so was the recipient.

Advised of delivery, delivery postponed, no further update, had to keep enquiring by email, advised had been misdirected and then tried to deliver and had left a card, this was untrue-took so long birthday for whcih they were being purchased was past-just a total negative experience, will never shop there again and will advise all associates similarly.
