I placed an order on a Thursday afternoon and paid for Saturday morning delivery. This was a birthday gift to be delivered direct to the person in question, whose birthday was on Saturday. I received a text on the Friday to say my delivery would be made on 5 August (Monday). When I contacted ESPA the person I spoke to did determine that an error had been made at the warehouse and that unfortunately, as it was in transit there wasn't anything that could be done so she would arrange for a refund of the additional postage cost I had paid - I haven't yet checked if this had happened. I was offered the chance of a refund if I had the person refuse delivery at the door - however as it was a birthday gift, which was now arriving late, I couldn't ask the recipient to do this. I was disappointed that ESPA didn't feel it necessary to offer any kind of compensation for the inconvenience and embarrassment this caused.

I rang up to change the delivery address, spoke to a lovely lady who was very helpful, spent about 10 minutes just to change address. Products turned up at the wrong address.

we purchased the products with two Cards from our hotel stay in York which had promotion codes-however we could only use one of the cards as the site kept crashing and after ringing ESPA, we found out that we needed to register each card to a separate E-mail account-VERY TIME CONSUMING!

The products were sent abroad so I cannot comment on their quality, but I have always been impressed with Espa products myself. I was really pleased with the free offers that came with the bath oil collection, and so was the recipient.
