I had a online espa voucher and when purchasing my goods it did not give me a chance to put this in before the next step so I ended up paying full price for them. After sending my first email to cancel the order I had a reply saying it was too late as I got a fast delivery and it had been dispatched even though i emailed as soon as the order confirmation came through, my email was obviously not read for a while. So after receiving the products I have sent 2 others emails asking the return policy so I could get my money back none of them have been replied too and I now have products which have cost me £34 and a £30 voucher unused! What should customers do to be acknowledged???
