I was only using a free coupon which I had, but my order did arrive very quickly. However the amount of packaging used was ridiculous! Huge cardboard box, with a mountain of high quality purple shredded and crinkled paper, smaller box hidden within containing the product. I can re-use some of this, but generally it seems a bit of a waste.
