Follow our simple techniques for releasing stress for a more rested and refocused body and mind:

Release Stress

  1. Sit in a comfortable position with your spine straight
  2. Inhale for seven slow counts and hold for one, allowing your abdomen to fill with air
  3. Exhale for seven slow counts and hold for one, gently pulling your abdomen into your spine
  4. Continue for 3-5 minutes
