I ordered three items on line but unfortunately one of the items was out of stock. As I needed the item urgently I was able to source it locally. I also purchased another item from the local outlet and was very pleased to receive a voucher for £30. However, on reflection I am disappointed not to have received the same bounus from Espa direct. I would appreciate your comments.

Good quality products, so much so that I gave away the 4 trial samples to a friend who has the same shaving irritation type rashes that I used to get before using the shave mud and skinscrub. Orders come quickly which is appreciated. However your packaging is some what over the top. Presentation means a lot, but its somewhat unnecessary for simple home orders.
