For best results

My only request would be for you to stop using glass bottles for products - they are really fragile particularly at the neck - I have broken a number just with minor knocks - this is not great in a bathroom.

Website easy to use. Delivery prompt. Use of packaging a little excessive in my opinion. The shredded paper is beautiful and indulgent, but I felt it was wasteful and our recycling facilities do not allow shredded paper.

The only criticism I would have is the amount of packaging. Orders always seem to be in boxes much larger than necessary which then need to be packed out with the shredded paper. I know that this is recyclable but would like to see it reduced.
