Just adding another disappointed review to the list. I don't know if you've replaced a key ingredient but this now has a slightly sicky smell for me. I've been through three bottles now that don't smell right and have sadly decided to look for a new cleanser after years of loving this product.

Smells awful
Sorry ESPA I have been using this product for over 15 years and don’t know what you have done but it now smells like sour milk!! I actually returned one of these due to the bad smell as I thought the product had gone off but on purchasing another one it had the same bad smell to it. Why have you changed this, it used to smell amazing??? Very disappointed and will now need to try another brand. First you discontinue the life stage range and now this. You have just lost a very loyal customer.

Disappointing
I have used this cleanser for over 20yrs along with many other Espa products. Whilst the price has steadily increased in recent years the quality of some the products has deteriorated. The most recent bottle of cleanser was disappointing as the texture was much thinner than it used to be and in addition the bottle cap has a cheap plastic feel to it. Think it’s time to look at alternatives as no longer feels a high end product for the price.

Was really excited about trying this cleanser as I normally use the Optimal Pro cleanser & Replenishing face oil which are both amazing!! I made a big mistake at purchasing the 500ml as it was on promotion. Considering its supposed to be a high end product I was extremely disappointed after just one use. I was expecting a nice consistency, I cannot believe how thin and watery this product is considering the price point. It has left my face totally dehydrated and it feels like it has stripped any natural oils away. I had to use twice the amount of moisturiser to try to restore my skin. Expensive mistake
