My only request would be for you to stop using glass bottles for products - they are really fragile particularly at the neck - I have broken a number just with minor knocks - this is not great in a bathroom.

O Not according to my expectations as I've noticed a difference between the sample I got in Central London (and I still have) and the Energising Shower Gel that I purchased. I miss the eucalyptus odor in particular. It now mainly contains citrus odors. Did you change the recipe?
