Extremely disappointed that because I used a gift voucher in part payment for my order this then meant I did not get the free gift you were eligible for when you spent over £80. In normal circumstances vouchers are classed as cash - I feel cheated and have told family not to buy me any vouchers for espa again

I paid for next day delivery at £8 and even though I placed the order well before 5 I was told the next day order needs to be placed by 11am. I find this strange and poor as every other Internet order etc you order before 4/5 and can still get it next day.i rang. And explained I needed it before I went away and wasn't offered any refund for the fact that I wouldn't receive the order intime and was told it would be sorted so it was there when I returned. Whilst away I recieved a text message saying they were delivering it the next day...another mistake. I had to ring from holiday and try to sort it. I didn't feel the customer service was good as things were promised but didn't happen.
