Amazing product, packaging has gone downhill
The product is perfect and I’ve been using it for about two years now. My skin has never been healthier and for the first time in a while I feel confident and happy with no make up. However, I think it was about a year ago now, I’m pretty certain the packaging changed. The lid has a white marble effect and every time I open the pot to use it, I get tiny bits of the marble coating all over my fingers. When I apply the moisturiser, I look in the mirror and see that the coating is dotted all over my face and it’s so fine and small that it’s impossible to remove it all. At first I thought it was a faulty pot so didn’t say anything but it seems it’s just getting worse. This is a premium product for me, and I’m not getting a premium experience.

It is the first time that I have used facial products from ESPA. Prior to this I have only used body products. I am delighted by the 24hr Replenishing Moisturiser. It has been fabulous for my combination skin. I noticed a positive result from the the first time of use. I would definitely recommend this product to others

I have used this moisturiser for 4 years - the one I’ve received recently is not the same. The colour, texture and smell are all totally different. Customer Services are not good with dealing with queries when things go wrong.
