Amazing product awful bottle

I love the product- but unfortunately the top of my bottle broke - the dropper detached from the cap and you could see all of the old glue. I’m devastated as this is my favourite skincare product, and the packaging has inhibited my experience. Please resolve this as i would love to continue my use of this product but cannot do so under its current fabrication
