Rescue balm
4This so helps my muscles when they are aching ( which is most of the time ) I do use this product daily on a morning & often an evening sometimes in-between depends what I have been doing This comes in a handy tube that you can carry with you if needs which I have done My son uses this as well so bought him his own I know he carries it with him when out training & playing sport it helps with the aching muscles

Excellent for sore and aching muscles!
4Great feeling and smell the tingle from the menthol gets right into the muscles and soothes and relieves pain. I first tried it in an Espa Spa Treatment and couldn't wait to get my own in a big tube.

One for fitness freaks
5Started using this as I ramped up my fitness regime and it proved to be an effective recovery balm. Smells lovely and melts on application, leaving a tingle as it works its magic. Will repurchase!

Brilliant Balm
5I absolutely love this balm. Smells wonderful and really does soothe the aches and pains away. I mainly use this product on my lower back and shoulders. I tried a small tube first and it was so good I purchased a larger tube. Worth a try!

5This is wonderful with sporting injuries and I have recommended it to so many friends and family who also swear by it now !! It’s a iconic product and the one from Espa that I am never without !

Amazing
5I use this after every excercise/long walk/run....makes a huge difference. Incredible. I keep buying more. A must have in my opinion for anyone who works out.

Amazing Stuff
5I just love this balm - I use it onmy ankle I had a bad fall years ago and my ankle never been the same sinc - when its really tender i pop some of this on work it in ...it really does help and great for neck shoulder pain and temples if sore head.

5I got a sample of this in a gift set and was a little sceptical however my arm was aching and sore after exercise and decided to give it a go and it worked it relieved the pain and was able to lift my arm and better yet it smelled lovely thank you

amazing product
5This is an amazing product. I buy it at my SPA as my masseuse offered to use instead of usual pharmacy products. It was really good for me to cure any kind of pains or skin irritations. But it did magic to my father's joint pains. He was lumping for few years now but after few days applying this balm all severe pains went away, so I am about to order it again for all my family. Highly recommend (however tube is not very comfortable, because it is really hard to squeeze it out especially for elder people like my grandmother)

Great when I can get out of the tube!
4This balm was used on me at a spa and I really liked it and its effects. So, I ordered online. Same uplifting perfume from the essential oils, but I think I will wreck the tube before I've used it all. Have to work so hard to get it out. Have tried warming the tube, but the balm becomes quite runny. Seems to me it may be better to package it in a tub, it would then be easier to get at it. Love the effects when it is applied though. Balm 5 stars, packaging (for me) 1 star.
