Helps my restless legs
5I sometimes get restless legs at night so I get up and put this on. Seems to work in calming things down. My cat quite likes the smell too!

5I was looking for something to help with my aching back and tired muscles. Working as a nurse it's so hard to find products that actually help! This is it, I love the menthol smell really helps to feel relaxed and clear the head. I mainly use it on my back and neck, it has a warming feeling too just what I needed and a little goes a long way!

Pain relief
5I have a 30ml version and hadn’t used it. I’ve been experiencing hip pain which was keeping me awake. I rubbed in the balm and within a few minutes the pain went away and hasn’t come back. I have also used it on cramped muscles in my shoulder after sitting at my PC - completely relaxed the muscles! Amazing product.
