1. These terms and conditions (‘Terms and Conditions’) govern the ESPA Loyalty Programme (‘ESPA Lounge’), which includes the collection and redemption of Loyalty Points (‘Points’) and any ESPA Lounge rewards. These Terms and Conditions set out the terms of contract between THG Beauty Limited (‘us’, ‘we’ and ‘our’) via ESPA and each member of ESPA Lounge (‘Member’, ‘You’, ‘Your’).
2. ESPA Lounge is intended for personal use only to reward customers of ESPA with rewards and Points based on spend exclusively with ESPA.
3. ESPA Lounge is open to all ESPA customers on www.espaskincare.com (‘Website’) aged 16 or over.
4. You will automatically be enrolled into ESPA Lounge when you create an online account or log in to an existing online account on our Website. Members are only entitled to one ESPA Lounge account each. ESPA reserves the right to refuse, merge or close additional accounts at any time and to forfeit points issued to such account without liability.
5. By enrolling into ESPA Lounge, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions so we recommend that you read these carefully.
6. The Points are issued by and remain the property of ESPA who may, at any time, terminate or alter the operation of ESPA Lounge or make changes to these Terms and Conditions and will give you reasonable notice of any amends. Earning or redeeming Points will be seen as acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.
7. You may opt out of ESPA Lounge at any time by logging into your account on the Website and selecting ‘Opt Out’.
8. You will start earning Points when you place an order and it has been dispatched.
9. You will earn 1 point for every £1 you spend on www.espaskincare.com (excluding shipping costs).
10. To earn Points on purchases on the Website, you must be signed into your ESPA account at the point of purchase.
11. Where you make a purchase on the Website in your local currency, the number of Points you earn will be calculated using the British Pounds Sterling value of your purchase in accordance with the exchange rate on the day of the transaction.
12. Points will be added to your account within 48 hours of dispatch of the purchase made on the Website.
13. Where a refund is issued in accordance with the ESPA Returns Policy, any Points you earned for the refunded purchase will be deducted from your ESPA Lounge account.
14. You can earn 20 Points for every verified product review submitted on the Website. The review must correspond to a product in your order history purchased after 1st November 2021 and the Points will only be added if your review has been verified. Reviews submitted on products purchased before 1st November 2021 will not be eligible. A maximum of 10 reviews per month will earn Points. ESPA reserves the right to remove Points earned via product reviews if you exceed the maximum allowance.
15. We may occasionally offer promotions under which you may earn additional Points. Any such promotion will be subject to the terms and conditions issued with that promotion.
16. ESPA may set a limit on the number of times Points may be awarded for promotional items on which additional Points are available. Individual promotions may have different limits as communicated in their purchase conditions. Any participation in promotional offers above and beyond what could objectively be considered consumer behaviour or personal use may be considered as abuse of ESPA Lounge.
17. You can check your ESPA Lounge Points balance at any time via your account on the Website.
18. The Points you earn will remain in your ESPA Lounge account until they expire.
19. Points are non-transferrable.
20. The maximum Points available to earn per transaction is capped at 5,000.
21. The maximum Points a Member can accumulate over a 12 month period is 10,000.
22. Points will expire 365 days following issuance.
23. You will be assigned a level ('Level') based on your accumulated Points balance.
24. You will remain in your Level for 12 months (‘Membership Year’), unless your accumulated Points balance reaches a higher Level threshold which will result in you entering a new Level.
25. To maintain your Level for a further 12 months, you must earn enough Points to the threshold of that Level before the Membership Year ends or you will be moved to a lower Level based on the total Points earned during your Membership Year.
26. Your Level is limited to the spend made via your ESPA Lounge account. Any spend outside of your ESPA Lounge account will not contribute to your Level.

28. Your Level determines a number of benefits (‘Benefits’) that are available to use during the Membership Year.
29. Double Points Events are available for Members in Bronze Level on www.espaskincare.com and will automatically be applied once the order has been shipped.
30. For Members in Silver Level on www.espaskincare.com, Double Points Events are available and will automatically be applied once the order has been shipped. Free Standard Delivery is available and will be automatically applied to orders shipping to the UK through the deduction of the current Standard Delivery cost. Four ESPA Samples will also be available to choose from at checkout for every order made.
31. For Members in Gold Level on www.espaskincare.com, Double Points Events are available and will automatically be applied once the order has been shipped. Free Standard Delivery is available and will be automatically applied to orders shipping to the UK through the deduction of the current Standard Delivery cost. A complimentary full size ESPA product will be available to choose from at checkout on orders £60 or over. Gold Level Members will also receive early access to promotions via email.
32. For Members in Platinum Level on www.espaskincare.com, Double Points Events are available and will automatically be applied once the order has been shipped. Free Next Day Delivery is available and will be automatically applied to orders shipping to the UK through the deduction of the current Next Day Delivery cost. A discount of 10% off every order is available which will apply in conjunction with any other offer and will be automatically applied at checkout. Platinum Level Members will also receive early access to promotions and new products via email.
33. 20 Points can be earned for every verified product review submitted on the Website. The review must correspond to a product in your order history purchased after 1st November 2021 and the Points will only be added if your review has been verified. Reviews submitted on products purchased before 1st November 2021 will not be eligible. A maximum of 10 reviews per month will earn Points. ESPA reserves the right to remove Points earned via product reviews if you exceed the maximum allowance.
34. ESPA may decline to issue, withdraw or cancel ESPA Lounge accounts or points (in whatever form) and / or remove a Member from the programme at any time where ESPA has a reasonable belief of:
35. Points awarded may be removed or cancelled if ESPA determines that the points were collected in breach of these Terms and Conditions or were awarded in error. For the avoidance of doubt, any advice or actions of our staff that is contrary to these Terms and Conditions will not have the effect of changing these Terms and Conditions.
