150ml Invigorating Facial Wash​:

1. Apply 1-2 pumps to damp skin morning and evening.
2. Work up a lather then rinse away with warm water.
3. Follow with your preferred ESPA moisturiser.

15ml Fitness Shower Oil: Massage into damp skin to create a soft lather. Inhale the therapeutic aromas and rinse. To intensify results follow with Fitness Body Oil.

35ml The Hydrator​:

1. After cleansing apply 1-2 pumps morning and evening.
2. Press gently onto face and neck and smooth into skin fully absorbed.
3. To enhance the benefits, use with your preferred ESPA eye moisturiser.

55g Fitness Bath Salts: Sprinkle salts directly from the jar into warm water. Follow with the Fitness Bath & Body Oil.
