Pillow spray
I love this pillow spray. I spray it on my pillow every night and breathe the gorgeous smell in. It doesn't take me long to drift off to sleep. I find that it helps me have a full night's sleep, too. Being menopausal I can wake a few times in the night, but since using this, I can sleep right through the night! It's the best spray I have tried.
