Shampoo: Massage into wet hair, creating a rich lather at the roots. Work through lengths and rinse thoroughly. Follow with Super Nourish Glossing Conditioner.
Conditioner: After cleansing with Super Nourish Glossing Shampoo, gently work Super Nourish Glossing Conditioner through tresses from mid-lengths to ends. Comb through with your fingers and leave for two minutes, before rinsing thoroughly.

I find the shampoo and conditioner ok. However, after only a day of using the products it seems to make my hair lank and without any body. This could be down to my hair type though. Smell reminds me of the old Vidal Sassoon shampoos - like almonds. Wouldn’t repurchase for me.
