Everyone has their own personal experience and opinion but I love this conditioner! I use it with the ESPA Purifying Shampoo (which is the BEST shampoo I have ever used btw). I had a free sample of this conditioner from a recent order and will be buying a full size.

Not great
As another reviewer said I've been using the nourishing shampoo and conditioner for years and loved them. Had to switch as they were discontinued and tried this range. The shampoo makes my hair very tangled and squeaky (feels overclean) and then I have to use lots of the conditioner to compensate. They won't last very long. Both products are thin and runny and feel like cheaper formulations than the previous products. Will.be looking for an alternative elsewhere.

Lovely conditioner
Smells lovely and leaves hair very soft and shinny. The formula is thinner than other conditioners possibly but I feel it still moisturises my hair well after shampooing. After blow drying my hair is very short and shinny, I’m actually obsessed with how my hair looks afterwards!

Bought the shampoo and conditioner in this new range, hasn’t really done anything for my hair at all. Still not as good as the nourishing shampoo and conditioner you have sold for years. I won’t buy nourishing shampoo now as you have discontinued the conditioner to go with it. The shampoo and conditioners in refil pouches are no where near as good either. Why fix what’s not broken?? Lost my years of custom due to changed products.
