Smells wonderful
I live the scent and it definatley gets rid of build up, unfortunately with having bleached hair I definatley need the conditioner afterwards as by removing the build up it leaves my hair quite dry, still does what it promises and purifies.

Hand wash under the guise of shampoo
I was so excited to order this shampoo especially based on the reviews but after using several time I am so shocked at how bad it is. It is more like hand soap than shampoo and it has had a terrible effect on my hair. I am starting to wonder if ESPA doesn't suppress bad reviews or creates fake reviews.
