Use morning and evening, warm between fingertips then smooth over the skin massaging in small, circular movements as the cream melts into a lipid-rich oil, paying particular attention to area of congestion such as the T-zone. Moisten fingertips and continue to massage, before removing with a damp cloth. If product gets into your eyes, rinse thoroughly with warm water.
