I spend a lot on espa products for myself and for presents. And have done fof 10 years. Following a complete cock up on my two last orders which took time to sort with a pretty uninterested apology I am not sure ill buy again. It was a hift for my cousin whos mum just died. took the money and never despatched it. then sent a note saying theyve duplicated order on another gift to somebody else so i had to sort that out too. Shame. I had a bad experience a year or so ago and it was handled very very well.
