I received an 30 British Pound gift card from Turnberry Resort and Spa in Scotland to try your product. Your system did NOT take my gift card when invoiced, but showed it took it when I ordered the product. My total should have been 15 BP but ended up being 45BP. I was traveling in the UK for 3 weeks and had the products shipped to my London hotel. I would appreciate my 30 BP credit applied to my VISA and would appreciate if someone could look into why when I ordered, it stated 15 BP total and applied my gift card and then why I was invoiced the full 45 BP.
