I am interested in trying some ESPA products. Can you send me some samples
Unfortunately, we are uable to send samples out on request. For an in-depth consultation and if you are interested in trying our products for the first time, we would recommend you visit your local ESPA Spa or Salon and speak to an ESPA trained therapist for a full skincare consultation and recommendation. At this appointment you will also have the opportunity to explore and test our collection. Please visit our Spa Finder for your nearest ESPA stockist
I did not receive any samples with my order
As we like to give our customers the opportunity to choose which samples they would like to try, we do not automatically select or include samples in your order. Please choose your complimentary samples on the 'Shopping Bag' page when processing your order.
My discount card is saying invalid but it hasn’t yet expired. How do I use it?
First, please ensure that you have registered a customer account on our website. Next, when you have chosen your purchases and are on the 'Shopping Bag' page, please enter your unique discount code in the field 'Vouchers & Promotions'. Please note that customers are only able to redeem one ESPA discount card on their account.
I have more than one discount code. Can I use them all in the same transaction?
It is only possible to redeem one ESPA Discount Code per transaction, these cards can only be redeemed at: http://www.espaskincare.com/ Customers are only able to redeem one ESPA discount code on their account. Please see our discount card terms and conditions for further information.
How can I track my order?
If your order has been dispatched via a trackable secure service you can track your package on-line, your item tracker code will have been included in your e-mail delivery notification. I received my order but it is damaged. What can I do?

What are the delivery options?

Do you test your products on animals?
We are and have always been against animal testing in all its forms and have never tested our products on animals. All of our formulations, ingredients and products are cruelty free and we comply with all current EU cosmetics directives, including those that prohibit finished cosmetic products from being tested on animals.
All ESPA products are suitable for use by vegetarians and we take great care to ensure our products and packaging don’t harm the habitat of endangered species.
We use only three animal-derived ingredients in our formulations, all of them cruelty-free by-products:
Beeswax and honey
Keratin (used to help give skin strength and flexibility). This is derived from wool extract, sourced from selected sustainable sheep farms in New Zealand and sheared in the spring
Milk derivatives, such as sodium lactate, which act as a moisturiser in soaps and shampoos
