Our UK deliveries are sent either via Royal Mail or a secured courier service, such as DPD. As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirming tracking details for all services.

24-hour delivery is not available to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, the Highlands and the Islands of Scotland. Deliveries will be made the next working day up until 7pm.
Delivery may be affected by weather conditions. Orders must be placed before 11am on Thursday if Friday is a Bank Holiday.
Orders placed over the weekend/bank holiday will be processed for delivery on the next working day and delivered 24hrs/48hrs respectfully where selected.

Import duties and taxes
Depending on your country of residence, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once your order reaches the destination country. Any additional charges for customs clearance is payable by the recipient. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. Please contact your local customs authority for more information.
Returning an item
We want you to be completely happy with your ESPA purchase. If for any reason you’d like to return your order, please contact our Customer Service Team on 01252 352230 (Monday-Friday 08:00-17:30) or email@example.com
We aim to make returning your purchase as easy as possible and are happy to offer a refund, exchange or product of the same value if your unopened products are returned to us within 30 days of the original delivery date in their original packaging.
If the ESPA products inside your order are damaged or faulty in any way, or not what you originally ordered, we will be happy to offer you a full refund or exchange for items of the same value if they are returned to us within 30 days of the original delivery date.
In the unlikely event that you experience an unwanted reaction to one of our products, please contact our Customer Service Team on 01252 352230 (Monday-Friday 08:00-17:30) or firstname.lastname@example.org who will arrange a refund or exchange (and help you try and understand the issue).
When returning your products, please make sure you include the order number along with the product in all original packaging, wrapping and any tamper seals intact. Please also include a brief note stating why you have returned the item.
This policy is only applicable to purchases made online. Unfortunately, we are unable to process returns for purchases made within a partnered spa or retail location.
Once your item is received by us and it meets the criteria above, we will be happy to apply a refund to the original method of payment for the value of the goods within 14 working days.
Please note that returns for purchases made online must be returned via our Customer Services Team and will not be able to be returned or exchanged at an ESPA Spa or retail location.
